What are Cacao Ceremonies & What Is Cacao?

What is a cacao ceremony?

A cacao ceremony is an opportunity for people to come together in an intentional space and enjoy drinking ceremonial cacao, giving thanks for the amazing plant medicine, while perhaps setting new intentions, sharing heartfelt insights, or being led through a meditation, visualization, or sound healing of some kind.
